The 2011 Pista Jacket from Castelli is an awesome form fitting casual jacket that is perfect for cool summer nights. Similar to the super popular team Track Jacket, the main difference with the Pista Jacket is that it is not made of cotton. Instead the Pista Jacket is a blend of technical materials that make is semi-water resistant.
While the Pista Jacket is form fitting and made from technical materials, it is not a "wind" jacket. The Pista Jacket feels better to wear against your skin that some "wind" jackets do. It has a softer feel on the inside layers making it very nice to wear over a short sleeve summer tee-shirt.
