Shipping Policies
- We make it a priority to ship every order that we receive within 2-3 business days. On an individual basis, we're happy to expedite your order fulfillment if you have a specific date that you would like to receive your item by. We won't make any guarantees, but we'll do our best to meet your request. Please email sales@slipstreamsports.com to request delivery by a specific date. You can check the status of your order by logging in to your store account under the "My Account" tab.
- Orders over $100 are eligible for free shipping, and all domestic US orders can be shipped with out $5.99 domestic flat rate shipping. Both options, "free shipping" and "$5.99 flat rate shipping" will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. If your domestic US order is lost in the mail, please contact us and we will work to find your package, or another solution.
- For international shipping, we only offer USPS Priority Mail International, FedEx International Economy, and FedEx International Priority. We have chosen these three shipping methods because all are trackable, and generally more reliable than other, more affordable shipping services. The last thing we want to see if your order stuck in customs, but If you would like to use an international service that is cheaper, please contact us and we will work to meet your needs.

Payment will only be accepted through PayPal and must be received with 7 days after the closing of the auction. Failure to make payment will result in a the opening of a non-payment case. - A: It's a very tough decision to choose which one of our riders we will highlight with the introduction of a new product, but if you have a favorite rider, and would like to see a tee-shirt or poster - please let us know!
