The Official Team Garmin-Cervelo store has one function: to provide you with the best service possible, and get you the gear that our riders use on a daily basis. With that in mind, we're proud to announce three new shop features:
1. Free shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States. While our team was founded in the US, who know that have a strong international following as well. Unfortunately we are unable to offer free international shipping due to increasing shipping rates from all carriers, UPS, Fedex, and USPS. If you are an international customer and want to ask us about our displayed shipping rates, please email us.
2. 100% Price match guarantee. If you find a better current price from another online retailer at the time of your purchase with us, we'll match that price, and apply free shipping if the item is over $50. No questions asked. Price match applies to apparel orders placed after April 13th, 2011. PLEASE NOTE: you must contact us prior to your purchase in order to receive this price match, we will not apply the price match retroactively. Garmin products excluded.
3. 100% product satisfaction guarantee, with no questions asked return policy. It's not acceptable to us that you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase from the official team shop. Whatever issue you might encounter with the product that you order, we'll either work with you to exchange the the product, or we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. - We make it a priority to ship every order that we receive within 2-3 business days. On an individual basis, we're happy to expedite your order fulfillment if you have a specific date that you would like to receive your item by. You can check the status of your order by logging in to your store account under the "My Account" tab.
- All domestic United States orders over $75 are eligible for free shipping. Most domestic US orders will qualify for USPS flat rate shipping, an option which will be shown at checkout. USPS flat rate shipping cost on our shop varies in price from $6 to $15.
- International orders are eligible to be shipped with affordable services such as USPS International Priority Flat Rate service. This service is expected to take 2-4 weeks for delivery. If you would like an expedited international service, we offer expedited options from both UPS and USPS. If your order is lost in the mail, or does not arrive within the estimated time, please contact us and we will work to find your package, or another solution.
- Important notes on international orders:
- *We charge the customer the exact cost of shipping that carriers UPS and USPS charge us to ship your items, we DO NOT mark up shipping cost when displayed to the customer at checkout.
- *Please be aware that the customer is responsible for all VAT and Import taxes upon receipt of your package. We are unable to lower the customs value on the goods in your order. If you would like your international order split into multiple orders, we charge an additional $15 per item. When you receive your international order, additional charges upon receipt of your package can vary greatly depending on the customs policies of your country. If you have any questions regarding these fees, please email us.
- *Due to the cost of shipping international orders, we DO NOT split international shipments if one or more products in the order is in backordered status. Your shipment will ship as a complete order at the time that all products are in stock. In the interim, your order will be listed as "processing" in your customer account page.

- To place an order online, please follow these steps:
- 1. Browse our product categories (Official Cycling Apparel, Team Accesories, Argyle Club Membership, and so on.
- 2. Choose the product you wish to purchase by clicking on the image or title of that product.
- 3. Choose your size, if necessary, for the item you wish to purchase.
- 4. Select a Quantity.
- 5. Click the "add to cart" button.
- 6. Click the large "proceed to checkout button" at the bottom of your cart's page.
- 7. Fill in all the necessary information when prompted.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- shopslipstreamsports.com reserves the right to hold orders until payment has cleared, and cancel any order wherein payment is not adequate. shopslipstreamsports.com reserves the right to start and stop any given promotion at anytime. Listed prices are non-negotiable.
- If you have placed an order and would like to check on the status of your order, please login to "My Account" and click the "My Orders" tab in the left hand navigation column. This will bring up all relevant information for all outstanding orders placed from your account.
Updating Account Information
- If you need to update your account information, please log in, and click the "My Account" tab in your personalized navigation bar. This tab will take you to your account's dashboard where you can update shipping information, credit card on file, and track orders among many others. If you would like to resolved a problem with your account that you cannot resolve from your Account dashboard, please email email@example.com.
eBay Store Policies
Payment will only be accepted through PayPal and must be received with 7 days after the closing of the auction. Failure to make payment will result in a the opening of a non-payment case. All in state Colorado residents will be charged Colorado state and/or local sales tax at checkout.
Returns and Refunds
Please note that eBay sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds. With Bikes and bike parts we do offer returns and refunds if the product does not arrive as described.
Release and Waiver of Liability
All buyers of bikes and/or bike parts must sign our Release and Waiver of Liability form before the item will be shipped. This form can be filled out electronically and will be promptly sent to the buyer upon the close of the auction.
We make it a priority to ship every order that we receive within 2-3 business days. For international shipping, we only offer USPS FIrst Class Mail International and FedEx International but would be happy to ship using any other method requested. We have chosen these service as one is affordable but less reliable while the other is reliable but more expensive. Some of our auctions use the UPS calculator to get rates similar to FedEx but if shipping charges are different we will either send a new invoice with updated shipping rates or refund you the extra costs. International shipping on multiple items can be combined but is subject to higher prices as a result of heavier packages. We do offer local pickup at our office, please let us know if your interested in doing this and we will waive the shipping costs.

- Q: How can I view the status of my order?
- A: Login to the "My Account" tab at the top of our store page. The My Account page lists all your orders. Click the order number for the order status you wish to view.
- Q: What are your shipping costs?
- A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
- Q: How long will it take for my order to process?
- A: We do our best to ship orders within 2-3 business days.
- Q: Is there a place where I can suggest a new product for your store?
- A: Of course! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will take every suggestion into consideration.
- Q: Do you accept returns?
- A: Yes. We accept all returns on any unused / unwashed clothing, no questions asked. Please refer to the "Policy" link on our customer service page for more details.
- Q: Will you offer the Canadian National Champion's Jersey?
- A: Unfortunately, our store supplier Pearl Izumi is not offering that product at this time. Please contact them directly to suggest that product be sold to retails and consumers around the world! www.pearlizumi.com
- Q: Why do you have products highlighting some riders and not others?
- A: It's a very tough decision to choose which one of our riders we will highlight with the introduction of a new product, but if you have a favorite rider, and would like to see a tee-shirt or poster - please let us know!
