Castelli's Garmin-Barracuda aero jersey is the go to race jersey for our riders on days when they're out for a big result. The jersey, constructed with different materials on all sides, is built to maximize aero efficiency, without sacrificing any other key function, like temperature regulation. The result is a jersey that has traditional aero fabric on the front and side panels, but adds a more breathable layer to the back panel.

Because this jersey is created for one purpose, the fit is extremely small. We recommend two things: please size up from your regular Castelli jersey size. If you normally wear a medium, you will be most comfortable with a large jersey. Don't worry, large jersey doesn't mean you've packed on extra weight, some of our pro riders are wearing a Large! We also recommend that you try this jersey on in a simulated riding position before you decide that it is too small for you. Castelli apparel is cut to fit you best when you are on the bike, not when you're off the bike. That's a novel concept, isn't it?

It can be very tough to judge a piece of cycling apparel before you use it on the road, in real world conditions.
