   The two glasses are great, especially the pattern on them, but the wine opener is missing in the box, and i wrote three emails to the sales department without any reply. Frankly, the wine opener is the gimmick that attracts me, but now it is MISSING and the garman-slipstream has given no reply about this problem! (Posted on 8/17/09)
